- Existing subscribers: use the Privacy Control Center first where possible so the request can be matched safely.
Before you email
- Do not include your full South African ID number in an email unless DataRights specifically asks for it through a safer process.
- Do include the email address used for your DataRights profile.
- For a broker request issue, include the request reference shown in your dashboard if available.
- For privacy rights requests to DataRights itself, state whether you are asking for access, correction, deletion, objection, or consent withdrawal.
